With a background as a founding member and Creative Director at The Academy, Neil previously delivered brand activity for major organizations including Disney, Marvel, and Mastercard over 16 years. They earned over 20 industry awards across various sectors and were recognized as a PRWeek 30 Under 30. Neil’s early career included roles as Account Director at Cohn & Wolfe and PR Assistant at Eulogy!, and they hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University.
