Nibha Dadheech is currently the Head of Engineering for Linear Personalization at Prime Video, Amazon, and previously held various engineering roles at Amazon, including Engineering Manager for Alexa. Nibha's experience spans significant positions at other companies, including Software Engineer roles at Cerner Corporation and IBM, as well as a Software Developer at OATI. Nibha also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science. As an inventor and tech patent holder, Nibha actively participates as a speaker and mentor, recognized as an Amazon Tech Bar Raiser and Tata Scholar.
