Nick Seidel

Nick Seidel, MA, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and operations within military and civilian sectors. At the United States Military Academy at West Point, Nick served as Manager of Leader Development, mentoring over 500 cadets. In the US Army, Nick held various roles including Squadron Operations Officer, responsible for training and logistical planning for over 850 soldiers, and Company Commander in combat operations in Iraq. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Nick worked as Corporate Environmental Sustainability Operations Manager at Accenture, leading significant sustainability initiatives, and currently serves as Site Safety Manager at Amazon. Nick's educational background includes degrees from Columbia University, Syracuse University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California, showcasing a strong foundation in organizational psychology and business management.
