Nico Lambert

Nico Lambert is an accomplished HR professional and hotelier with extensive experience in operations and process improvement. They served as the Director of Housekeeping at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Marriott International, and later held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, Nico currently applies their expertise in program management and analytics in various roles.
