Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in logistics and customer excellence. Currently serving as a Site Lead and Regional Manager (Manager III) for ACES at Amazon since February 2019, Nikhil oversees operations across the North region, managing multiple fulfillment centers and optimizing supply chain processes. Previous roles at Amazon include leading the launch of Saudi Arabia's first AFT operations and managing a large team during peak periods, as well as being part of the launch team for a major fulfillment center in India. Prior to Amazon, Nikhil worked at Hindustan Zinc as a Process Engineer and Graduate Engineering Trainee, contributing to production improvements in ore dressing. Nikhil holds a B.Tech in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, completed in 2017.
