Nilsu Ulucay

Nilsu Ulucay is currently an AMZL Senior EU Process Engineer at Amazon UK, with over 16 years of experience in quality management across B2B and B2C sectors. Nilsu has held positions such as Quality Manager at EGGER Group, where they successfully integrated the Gebze Plant into the company’s Quality Management System, and QA & MPD Manager at FATER S.p.A., where they managed the start-up of a new plant. They also served as a Process Quality Unit Manager at Assan Hanil, focusing on customer complaint management, and were a QA Leader at Procter & Gamble, responsible for quality assurance systems in the Laundry Making Department. Nilsu earned a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology.
