Nobuharu Aoshima

Nobuharu Aoshima is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across multiple leading companies. Notably, Aoshima served as CFO for Henry Schein's Japan division, where responsibilities included managing financial operations, consolidating financial reporting for multiple entities, and leading tax-saving initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Group Manager at Procter & Gamble and Finance Director at Microsoft, overseeing the finance team for the core software business while supporting senior executives. Most recently, Aoshima worked at Amazon, leading FinOps business partnership activities for both Japan and APAC Retail, while also spearheading the Women in Finance Initiative's Japan chapter. Aoshima holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Kobe University.
