Noelle M. is a Senior Manager of Employee Engagement at Amazon, leveraging over ten years of experience in managing learning and development initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon, including EU CF Launch Learning Program Manager and Learning Manager, where they developed training strategies and fostered employee growth. Noelle also has experience in customer service from their time at Bank of Ireland, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Organisation Development and Change from University College Dublin. Currently, Noelle is pursuing a diploma in Counselling from Staffordshire University.
