Norbert Macko

Norbert Macko is a strategic HR leader and CIPD-certified professional with over 10 years of experience. They began their career as an HR Assistant at Zinwave before advancing to various roles, including HR Generalist at Turners (Soham) Ltd and HR Manager at NIAB, where they developed significant HR policies and led training initiatives. Most recently, they have been serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon since 2022, providing HR leadership across EMEA Finance Operations and overseeing significant employee populations.
