Oisín Keely is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in instructional design and program management. From March 2025 to November 2018, Oisín held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Leader of Learning & Development and Learning Experience Manager in ISS-Paid Services, and Head of Learning & Development for Amazon Prime Air. Oisín also served as Global Learning PMO Manager for Amazon Selling Partner Services, overseeing a team focused on learning and performance. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and a M.Sc. in Educational Technology from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
