Oksana Kovalenko is a seasoned global HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources strategies across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Global HR Leader for Amazon Customer Service, they drive HR strategy for two major business verticals, overseeing a team of 25 HR Business Partners across 26 countries. Previously, Oksana held pivotal roles at Amazon, H&R Block, and other organizations, where they focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity initiatives. Oksana earned an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds master's degrees in Human Resource Management and Recreation & Hospitality Management from respected institutions.
