Ola Diab

Ola Diab is a customer-obsessed program leader with over 11 years of experience at IKEA, where they led complex eCommerce and service transformation projects across Australia and New Zealand. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, Ola previously played a pivotal role in launching IKEA’s eCommerce business in a new market and enhancing customer experience through data-driven strategies. They have a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and have also worked with UNICEF, where they managed procurement and logistics processes. In addition to their professional endeavors, Ola hosts a podcast called Levant Vibes, exploring identity and leadership through human stories.
