Oliver Flackett

Oliver Flackett is an experienced leader and manager currently serving as Principal PM for EU DSP Integration at Amazon, where they focus on managing a remote, EU-wide team and contributing to DEI initiatives. Prior to joining Amazon, Oliver served in the British Army for nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Operations Officer to an Infantry Battalion. Oliver's military experience provided extensive training in leadership and personnel management, which translated into a successful transition to operations management within Amazon's complex delivery systems.
