Omar Al-Assad is currently an ARS Regional Learning Manager at Amazon, where they oversee site performance and lead a team of training specialists. Previously, Omar held roles as a Learning and Development Manager and Operations Area Manager, focusing on employee development and safety initiatives. They also gained experience as a Learning and Development Intern at Pilot Thomas Logistics, where they developed online training courses for a wide audience. Omar earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2020.
