Oru Okogbule-Wonodi

Oru Okogbule-Wonodi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Amazon's Black Business Accelerator. Responsibilities include project management and reporting for the DEI Team, as well as the launch and management of various programs aligned with DEI goals. Oru has held several roles, including fractional program manager at Hanifa and owner of NOVA Prints and Apparel. Oru's background also includes positions in marketing, retail, and customer service. Oru earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with an Entrepreneurial Track, a Bachelor of Science in International Business, and a Minor in Spanish Language, Business, and Culture from the University of Maryland.
