Osereme S. earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Supply Chain Management from Prairie View A&M University, where they also worked as a Project Assistant. Currently, Osereme is a Program Manager in the NA DSP Performance Operations division at Amazon, leading initiatives to reduce operational inefficiencies through innovative systems. They are the Founder of Ladies Empowering the World, an initiative focused on empowering women through educational and professional opportunities. With a Scrum Master Certification and expertise in data analysis and strategic planning, Osereme drives operational excellence while fostering inclusivity.
