Ozgur Dogan

Ozgur Dogan serves as Vice President of Product Tech at Amazon, overseeing the development of GenAI-based employee productivity applications and directing various teams to enhance the experiences of millions of internally served employees. Previously, Ozgur led one of the largest global recruitment efforts during the Covid pandemic and played a crucial role in building Amazon's middle mile transportation network. As a founding member of the Amazon Go team, Ozgur was instrumental in transforming physical retail. Additional roles include managing worldwide demand for Kindle content and leading the Video Games business to become a top retailer in North America. Ozgur holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, where distinguished honors were earned, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University. Prior to Amazon, a career began as a Senior Business Analyst at Accenture.
