Parker Nelson has a diverse background in the hospitality and operations sectors. Experience at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as a Food Runner involved efficient food delivery and guest interaction. An internship with The Antigua Group, Inc. allowed participation in multiple departments, enhancing understanding of operations. Early experience as a Kitchen Team Worker at Chick-fil-A involved high-volume order processing and training team members. Most recently, Parker Nelson held roles at Amazon, ascending from Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager, overseeing large teams and focusing on safety, efficiency, and profitability in a high-revenue environment.
