Passant Aly

Passant Aly is a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, a position held since 2019. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Al-Futtaim and Etisalat Misr, where they led HR strategies and developed talent solutions. Passant began their career as a Public Relations Executive and CEO Assistant at Mazzika Holding and has also served as a trainer and consultant in various educational and corporate settings. They hold a degree in Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo and a merit in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in London.
