Patricia Smith is a Learning Architect/Strategist and Senior Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in developing corporate learning strategies and curriculum design. Currently, Patricia serves as a Learning Architect Lead at Amazon, where they are one of only two L&D Architects worldwide. Previously, they held key roles at SmileDirectClub and Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, significantly enhancing training strategies and managing substantial budgets. Additionally, Patricia founded Ideasparks, where they focus on advancing organizational and leadership capabilities through innovative learning methodologies. Patricia is pursuing a BA in Art Education with a concentration in Museum Education at American University.
