Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is an experienced ICT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management across various industries. Paul began a career in telecommunications as an ICT Solutions Consultant at Carrington Network Services Ltd, transitioning to roles such as 3rd Line Technical Support at Railtrack PLC and Technical Team Leader at The National Trust. Notably, Paul served as ICT Manager at Bard na nGleann Teoranta, where responsibilities included stabilization of ICT infrastructure. Subsequent roles at Accenture, Aviva, and Amazon ranged from Third Line Technical Support to IT Services Manager, where leadership, operational excellence, and customer service were key focuses.
