Paul Hibbs

Paul Hibbs is currently a Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager at Amazon. Previously, Paul held various roles within the Royal Navy, including Leading Engineering Technician on HMS Bulwark, Deputy Weapon Engineering Officer, and Weapon Engineering Officer in the fishery protection squadron, where Paul managed departments and mentored junior engineers. Paul's experience also includes serving as an Engineering Area Manager at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring compliance in maintenance tasks. Paul earned a Foundation degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
