Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Amazon, Paul oversees a team of over 500 associates while focusing on operational improvements and safety compliance. Previously, at AAA Distributor, Paul held the position of VP of Supply Chain, leading demand planning efforts exceeding $20M and establishing crucial operational frameworks. Paul’s background also includes serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where they commanded a reconnaissance aviation troop and received the Bronze Star Medal for exemplary service. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Paul combines military discipline with advanced business acumen.
