Pauline

Pauline Ma has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held various significant roles since the late 1990s. They served as an Officer at the National Development and Reform Commission from 1996 to 1999 before becoming an HR Executive at Global One Telecom Inc. in 1999. Subsequently, they worked at TMP Worldwide eResourcing and held several positions at Burson-Marsteller, including HR Manager. From 2006 to 2010, Pauline was a Staffing Manager at Microsoft. They currently serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition for China, Korea, and Southeast Asia at Amazon, a position they have held since 2017, following roles as Head of Talent Acquisition for Amazon China and Senior Recruiting Manager. Pauline earned an MBA from The University of Queensland in 2006.
