Pedro Arcain currently holds positions in Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy at Amazon since April 2025 and as a University Lecturer at Stanford University since January 2023, focusing on Law, Politics, and Public Policy. Prior to these roles, Pedro served as Head of Public Policy and Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem, the UK Energy Regulator, from February 2023 to April 2025. A postdoctoral research fellow with the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford from March 2020 to February 2023, Pedro also contributed as a lecturer in Public Law at Exeter College.
