Pedro Barata is a seasoned finance and management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Amazon since September 2022, Barata has previously held leadership roles including President and Executive Director of the Luxembourg Allergy Network, where the mission focuses on improving the lives of individuals with allergies in Luxembourg. Barata's experience includes key positions at Vodafone, where responsibilities ranged from Digital Program Manager to Senior Finance Manager, overseeing significant financial operations and digital strategy initiatives. Additional experience at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen & Co. involved project management and consultancy in organizational transformation and finance operations. Barata holds an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a Master’s degree from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
