Peter Demetriou

Peter Demetriou has extensive experience in quantity surveying, having worked at Rider Levett Bucknall from January 2016 to July 2022, where roles included Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Prior to this, Peter gained hands-on experience as a Laborer and Apprentice Carpenter at Greencape Construction Limited in March to September 2015. Educational achievements include a Diploma in Building and Construction with High Distinctions and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management, both from RMIT University. Currently, Peter serves as a Quantity Surveyor at Amazon, managing client cost control for the Mel 9 distribution centre, the largest warehouse in Australia.
