Peter Pilarski

Peter Pilarski has extensive experience in security engineering, particularly with Amazon's Security Incident Response Team. Starting as a Security Engineer Intern in 2016, Peter developed tools for forensic image collection and automated forensic analysis for encrypted disk images in AWS. Subsequently, as a Security Engineer, responsibilities included providing incident response and addressing security vulnerabilities impacting Amazon and its subsidiaries. Currently, as a Security Engineer II, Peter advises on large-scale incident response efforts. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Eastern Michigan University, achieving a 3.98 GPA, and an Associate of Science in the same field from Henry Ford Community College with a 3.63 GPA.
