Peter Simon

Peter Simon, MBA, MJ-LEL, is an HR innovator focused on investigations, risk, and employee experience. They founded Halex Investigations, LLC and later served as Operations Manager at Alight Solutions and Lead International Employment Investigator at Wells Fargo. Additionally, Peter worked as a Senior Wage & Hour Compliance Investigator for the NC Department of Labor and as a Detective with the New York City Police Department. Currently, Peter leads Workplace Investigations Quality & Standards at Amazon while pursuing degrees in Labor and Employment Law, Business Management and Finance, and Human Resources Management from Tulane University Law School, Brooklyn College, and Columbia Southern University, respectively.
