Peyman Behbahani

Peyman Behbahani is an accomplished Applied Scientist at Amazon Alexa, specializing in Generative AI and LLM innovations to enhance ambient computing experiences since March 2022. Prior to Amazon, Peyman held significant roles at Dell Technologies as a Senior Data Scientist focusing on 5G network design, and at Wipro Limited as a Senior AI/ML Engineer & Architect, developing AI and machine learning solutions for large-scale challenges. Experience also includes positions at Cisco, T-Mobile, Sky, and other organizations, contributing expertise in data science, IoT architecture, network optimization, and educational roles in telecommunications and computer engineering. Peyman holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from City St George’s University, alongside multiple degrees in Computer Engineering from prestigious institutions.
