Phil's passion for coaching and self-directed learning has been pivotal in enhancing leadership development, cultural change, and project management skills. With a Master’s Degree in Management from Kingston University, Phil's expertise has been recognized, including a notable designation as "one of the country's leading experts in Leadership Competencies." Previous roles include senior positions at Estee Lauder, Barclays Bank, and Aviva, where Phil successfully crafted and implemented a variety of impactful L&D programs.
