Phil Edman

Phil Edman is a Multisite Director of Amazon Robotics Operations, having dedicated over five years to mastering various facets of the Amazon Robotics fulfillment business. They currently oversee the process engineering organization across more than 75 facilities, ensuring the efficient shipment of over 450 million units weekly. Previously, Edman held several roles within Amazon, as well as positions in hospitality and engineering, contributing to their extensive operational expertise. They obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain & Analytics from the University of Iowa and begun their career with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
