Phil Klein, CMRP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Reliability Engineering and Vice President of Maintenance & Reliability Engineering at Fídus Global LLC from April 2023 to October 2025, Phil previously held multiple leadership roles at Amazon between July 2011 and January 2018, including Regional Maintenance Manager and Senior Manager of Operation and Quality Engineering. Prior to Amazon, Phil managed maintenance operations at Walmart from August 1996 to January 2004 and started the career as a Sales Engineer at Production Products Inc. from 1984 to 1994. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration from The University of Kansas, a degree in Geology from Fort Hays State University, and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Arkansas Tech University.
