Phil Morris

Phil Morris is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a strong background in leading effective HR organizations across various complex business environments. Phil served as Director of Human Resources at Tweeter Home Entertainment Group from 2003 to 2006, where they developed HR strategies that significantly boosted revenue and staff growth. From 2006 to 2017, Phil held the position of HR Director for Walmart's Northeast Division, managing HR processes that supported extensive retail operations. Phil transitioned to Amazon in 2018 and currently serves as Regional Senior HR Manager, continuing to influence strategic HR initiatives. Phil is pursuing an education at Gwynedd-Mercy College.
