Philip Wolgin

Philip Wolgin is a results-oriented executive known for expertise in crisis management, policy, and operations, particularly in immigration and refugee issues. They served as the National Board Member and Secretary-Treasurer at HIAS from 2014 to 2023, where they played a pivotal role in the agency's growth and governance. Currently, Wolgin leads the US immigration program at Amazon, overseeing key immigration processes and collaborating with senior leaders.
