Pilip Y.

Pilip Y. is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in IT and business development, currently serving as a Program Manager / Territory Manager at Amazon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Pilip worked at Volocopter GmbH from December 2021 to September 2025 as an IT Project & Process Manager, leading over 60 enterprise-level projects and implementing Agile methodologies for improved collaboration among 600+ employees. Pilip also co-founded StartUP Heart, managing a team of 50 across eight departments, and contributed to market expansion initiatives during an internship at Volocopter. Earlier experiences include roles in project coordination and market research across multiple companies. Pilip holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Hochschule Mittweida and has studied engineering and industrial management at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Belarusian State University.
