Pol Gasca Pla is currently the Head of EU Last Mile Process Improvement and Analytics at Amazon, leading a team of over 20 program managers and process analysts to optimize operational costs and automate processes. In previous roles at Amazon, they held positions such as Process Manager III and Transportation Business Analyst, achieving significant savings through innovative project management and process improvements. Pol's experience also includes research and engineering roles at IRI and Kautex Textron, where they developed autonomous prototypes and designed logistics systems, respectively. They hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Robotics and Automation, from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat de Girona, where they ranked at the top of their class.
