Pradip Bhapkar

Pradip Bhapkar is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong background in research, education, and agronomy. As a Senior Programme Officer at ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources, Pradip conducted a comprehensive baseline survey of farmers in Himachal Pradesh and identified indigenous crop varieties for conservation. At Universal Group of Institutions, Pradip served as an Assistant Professor, leading horticultural initiatives and managing farm operations. In the role of Agronomist at Amazon, Pradip organized extensive farmer training programs and contributed to the development of the Amazon Kisan App, while also serving as a Senior Agronomist, focusing on precision crop trials and cost-saving models. Previously, Pradip worked as an Agriculture Specialist at oneAgrow, where crop advisories and a pest identification library were developed, and as a Senior Research Fellow at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, promoting sustainable agricultural practices in rural communities.
