Prakash Dutta

Prakash Dutta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President - Worldwide Engineering, Transportation at Amazon since March 2023, Prakash previously held the position of Global COO at Rebel Foods from December 2021 to February 2023. Prakash's career at Amazon began in February 2015, where various roles included Vice President - India Customer Fulfillment Operations & Supply Chain and Director across multiple functional areas. Prior to Amazon, Prakash was with ITC Limited from July 2000 to January 2015, contributing to the establishment and operation of the Biscuit Business as Divisional Manager - Manufacturing and shaping its supply chain. Earlier career experiences include an Assistant Manager role at ACC Limited, focusing on groundbreaking cement grinding technology installations. Prakash holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, earned from 1992 to 1996.
