Prashant Gupta

Prashant Gupta is a seasoned professional in supply chain operations and logistics, currently serving as a Change Management Leader for EU & UK at Amazon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Prashant held positions including Director II at Coupang, where responsibilities encompassed leading supply chain excellence and implementing robotics automation technologies, and Associate Director at Flipkart, focusing on long-term operations design strategies. With experience spanning various leadership roles in multiple organizations such as Arvind Fashions Limited, Myntra, JDA Software, and Seaarland Shipping Management B.V., Prashant has successfully driven process excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and achieved significant productivity improvements. Prashant holds an MBA in Global Logistics and Supply Chain from SP Jain School of Global Management and a B.E. in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering and Research Institute.
