Prashant Soman

Prashant Soman is the Director of Planning and Supply Chain Management at Amazon, where they oversee network planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency for one of the largest robotic fulfillment centers globally. With a history of progressive roles at Amazon, Prashant has successfully implemented large-scale organizational changes that improved cost efficiency and customer experience. Prior to Amazon, Prashant held various engineering and management positions at Schuler Hydroforming Inc, John Deere, and Andritz Group, where they drove innovative projects that garnered significant cost savings and industry recognition. Prashant earned a Master's degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
