Preethika Suvarna is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, including HR strategy, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. They have held significant roles at Amazon, Tesco, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., among others, where they focused on business partnering and people policies. Preethika started their career in HR with internships and assistant roles, building a solid foundation in the field. They hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Mangalore University and a postgraduate diploma in Counseling Psychology.
