Prianka Sharma

Prianka Sharma is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR strategy and talent management across multiple industries. At LGT Impact, Prianka held the position of DGM HR Strategy and Fellow, leading the development and implementation of the People Strategy, revising HR policies, and overseeing performance management for over 1500 employees. Following this role, Prianka served as Director of Talent at MediaCom, focusing on designing and executing talent strategies with an emphasis on diversity and employee well-being.
