Puneet Thapar is an Engineering Leader with 20 years of experience in delivering scalable technology solutions, primarily in SaaS, Supply Chain, Automation, and Big Data. Puneet has held significant positions at Amazon, where they led cross-functional teams to develop mission-critical software generating $200 million in revenue while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. They previously served as a Technical Manager at HCL Technologies and R Systems and have obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, along with an MBA from Washington State University.
