Qi Li is an Applied Scientist at Amazon, specializing in AI, HPC, and numerical computation. They previously served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, where they developed geophysical data modeling methods. Qi also has experience as a Machine Learning Researcher at Compute Canada, a Research Student at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at UCLA, a Doctor of Philosophy in Geophysics and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Calgary, and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Southern California.
