Qiting Cheng

Qiting (Winne) Cheng, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as an HR Leader and Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon since July 2021. Previously, Qiting Cheng completed an MBA at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from August 2019 to June 2021, where exceptional achievements included a GMAT score of 720 and a $20,000 Entrance Scholarship. Prior to the MBA program, Qiting Cheng held various human resources roles, including Human Capital Project Manager at a consulting service, where significant contributions included the establishment of HRM systems and talent development strategies. Additional experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at PCCW, overseeing talent acquisition and organizational development projects, and earlier positions in compensation and HR audits.
