Rachel Cleary

Rachel Cleary has over 15 years of experience in K-Adult education with a proven track record in developing and administering high-stakes assessments. They served as Senior Program Manager for Amazon, where they developed language assessment strategies for over 13 languages and improved candidate selection processes. Previously, they held roles including Senior Assessment Manager at EF Education First and Director of Testing at Second Language Testing, Inc. Rachel's international experience includes collaborating with the Qatar Supreme Education Council on educational assessments. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology/TESOL from Western Washington University and a Master of Arts in TESOL from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
