Rachel Glew (Harding) is an accomplished Operations Excellence Director at Amazon, currently leading initiatives across 11 countries. With a strong background in continuous improvement and strategic thinking, Rachel has held various senior roles within Amazon, focusing on operations and customer delivery experience. Prior to Amazon, Rachel was involved in human resources and project management at Showsec and Royal Mail, where they managed significant changes and improvements affecting thousands of employees. Rachel holds a First Class Honours BA in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
