Rachel Morris

Rachel Morris has extensive experience in workforce management, primarily with Amazon from February 2016 to January 2023. In various roles such as Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst, Program Manager, and WFM Manager, Rachel has focused on flexible scheduling for global teams, real-time performance analysis across European networks, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Rachel contributed to training new hires and managing stakeholder escalations. Prior to Amazon, Rachel completed a student placement with the Environmental Protection Agency in Ireland, working in the Waste Thematic Unit. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Ecological Site Assessment from University College Cork and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Limerick.
