Rachel Rodgers

Rachel Rodgers, MBA, is a Senior Program Manager and business owner with expertise in executing change management projects across diverse sectors, including federal government and financial institutions. They have successfully managed organizational transformation initiatives impacting over 80,000 stakeholders, employing strategic communications and Agile project management. At KPMG, Rachel drove large-scale HR technology implementation projects, while at the USDA, they designed a new financial system during a merger. Currently pursuing their education in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and holding a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Rachel also owns Sorority Supply, LLC, focused on revitalizing the shopping experience for women’s uniformed apparel.
